Addison Walden

Instructor

Addison Walden brings 20 years of theatre experience and 16 years of teaching experience into every coaching session. With involvement in over 100 theatrical productions (from classics to contemporary shows, musicals to straight plays), Addison has lived every side of the process: from commanding lead roles and powerhouse ensemble work to directing and working behind the scenes in a wide range of technical positions. Addison's diverse credits include everything from You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, A Streetcar Named Desire, Footloose, Tuck Everlasting, multiple works by William Shakespeare, and many more!

For 12 years Addison served as a theatre teacher in Forsyth County, helping students grow from curious beginners into confident performers. Addison's former students have moved on to major university programs and professional careers, including one former student who earned a Tony Award nomination for Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Musical for his work on Broadway.

Addison's philosophy is simple: Acting should be fun! Coaching sessions are designed to be a creative outlet that builds skill, confidence, and courage. Whether you're prepping for your first audition or eyeing a professional career, Addison is ready to help you take center stage. Students of any age and experience level are welcome.
