Mitch Kiley

Mitch Kiley is a passionate music educator and performer dedicated to inspiring others through the transformative power of rhythm and creativity. He earned his bachelor’s degree in music from Berklee College of Music, with studies spanning performance, production, and contemporary musicianship. During his four years at Berklee’s Boston campus, Mitch was awarded a performance scholarship that he maintained throughout his studies and earned recognition on the Dean’s List.

While at Berklee, Mitch was among the first students selected to represent Berklee as a Student Ambassador for the college’s study abroad program in Freiburg, Germany. During his semester abroad, he studied Berklee’s music curriculum while performing and traveling throughout Europe alongside fellow Berklee musicians. His time overseas included touring throughout Europe, international performance experience, and a culminating Berklee recital broadcast live to an international audience.

Mitch has built an extensive live performance career spanning national tours, studio sessions, and major televised events, including The TODAY Show, the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, the Rose Bowl Parade, and additional NBC television appearances. He has also recorded for Grammy-nominated and platinum-selling artist Matt Goldman and Grammy-winning producer Needlz.

Mitch’s teaching philosophy centers on meeting each student where they are, helping them develop confidence, creativity, and self-expression through personalized, hands-on learning. He is highly experienced in working with both neurotypical and neurodivergent students and takes an individualized approach that supports focus, coordination, and emotional growth through rhythm and movement. His methods emphasize patience, adaptability, and the joy of discovery in music.
